Positive: Location was great for what we needed, easy to park too. Everything was extremely clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything needed.
Negative: Curtains in bedrooms would be a big help, the blinds do not close properly and don't stop any light coming through so it was extremely bright in the rooms from around 4am each morning waking us up.
Mattresses could do with a topper as they were rock solid and not very comfortable.
The shower is a bit of a let down too, little to no power but passable.

Relaxing stay.
Positive: The house is very good, clean and spacious, it is a quiet area.
Negative: Some of the windows are not opening.
